from experience it a good gift if you can handle it. i say "YOU" because some men find it threatening when they find there girlfriend using it more then they expected. but $50.00 is not necessary. that is a great one but if she's new to it, that might be too much. start slow you can find tons of pocket size that a re great for like $20.00. but if she's a pro, then the $50.00 will be well worth it, she'll thank you... ; )
